These terms cover the use of the Night Ferry website. They are short because the site is simple: songs, dates, videos and a few ways to get in touch.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to any page. Please do not copy the site as a whole or pass its words and pictures off as your own.
Music, photos and videos
The songs, recordings, photographs, artwork and videos belong to Night Ferry, our label or the photographers and directors credited with them. Ask at hello@nightferry.band before you republish anything; press can use the press kit as it says.
Tour dates
We keep the tour page up to date, but dates and venues can change. The ticket seller's page is the one that counts for times, prices, age limits and refunds.
Tickets and merch
Tickets are sold by venues and ticket sellers under their own terms; we cannot change an order made there. Merch orders come to us through the contact page: we reply with payment and shipping, and send the order once it is paid.
The Ferry Club
The club is free. Pre-sale codes are for members only and one per person; we may close a membership that is clearly being used to resell tickets.
Bookings
The booking form is an enquiry, not a contract. A show is confirmed only by a written agreement with our agent or manager.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
